Have you received my email? / Why have you not replied yet?

We more than likely have received your email but depending on our work load it may take us a little longer to get back to you. We aim to reply to emails within 48 hours. All emails regarding a current order please make sure your order number and name the order was placed under are included so we can check your query for you.
Why haven't I received my order yet?

We aim to have all orders out within 8 weeks. Please bear in mind this may change time to time due to family circumstances eg. school holidays etc as we are a small run handmade business. If your order is needed for a certain date please contact us or add a note at the checkout with the date needed by. (Please allow a sensible time for this Eg - NOT THE NEXT DAY)
Can you donate something for my charity event?

Are the Creepies suitable for Children?

No, Creepies are not suitable for children and are meant for decoration purpose only and should be kept out of reach of children and pets.
