If you order multiple items from this shop, you are AMAZING. Our store will automatically add up the weight of your order and calculate the shipping costs at the checkout for you. We will dispatch your order up to 5 working days of you placing it for ready made items. For all handmade items please allow up to 1-2 months depending on current workload. (Delays are possible) However if you require your order as a gift for a particular date please contact us directly and we will try our best to accommodate your within reason. You will receive an email to let you know when we've dispatched your order. UK - Please allow up to 5 working days after dispatch for your order to arrive. It's usually around 2-3 working days. International - Please allow 15 to 21 working days after dispatch for your order to arrive. International delivery is by airmail. We wish that overseas shipping for heavier items (i.e. mugs) was cheaper, but unfortunately that's just how much it is due to the weight of items. Any orders that sadly go astray we have to allow time for it to be returned to us before we can replace or refund them. Any orders being shipped to a place of work sadly we cannot be responsible if they are mislaid or lost after being delivered to site, as such we highly recommend always posting to your home address. If your order sadly doesn't arrive due to an address being incorrect or incomplete then sadly we cannot be held responsible for its loss and will be unable to offer to repost or refund it without a charge. Please make sure you check your address before ordering. On the odd occasion, things can sometimes go wrong with shipping and this is out of our control or if your order hasn't arrived in the time frame given above then please get in touch; we'll do our very best to sort it out for you.
